Tacoma Screw was founded in 1946 and has grown to 21 branch locations across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana, with a Salt Lake City branch on the way. Through eight decades of growth, one thing has stayed the same: we invest in our people for the long term.

Our Counter Sales teams are the face of Tacoma Screw, helping customers find the right products and solutions to get the job done. With an extensive selection of fasteners, industrial hardware, tools, and supplies, our team combines product knowledge, problem-solving, and exceptional customer service to serve a wide variety of customers and industries. It's a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where building relationships and learning something new are part of every day.
Outside Sales
Building relationships and delivering solutions.
Our Outside Sales team takes customer service on the road, building lasting relationships and bringing Tacoma Screw's products and expertise directly to our customers at their place of business. More than just salespeople, our representatives provide full-service support, from helping customers find the right products and writing orders to delivering the supplies they need to keep their businesses running. It's a relationship-driven, hands-on role where product knowledge, problem-solving, and exceptional customer service make a difference every day.
Corporate Support
Supporting our teams and driving our success.
Based in Tacoma, our Corporate Teams work behind the scenes to keep our business running smoothly. From IT and Accounting to Purchasing, Human Resources, and Administrative Support, these teams work together to remove barriers, support our sales and operations teams, and ensure we have the people, tools, technology, and products needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
